We took a break from our regularly scheduled programming to link up with our crosstown fam Modist Brewing Company and cook up a couple of hundred gallons of oat milk with their handy dandy mash filter. Our Wisco homies from The Brewing Projekt came up to get down on a big ole triple with some choice Citra, Sabro, Sabro Cryo and some incredibly unique German Amarillo. DDH 755: STRATA DDH IPA (6.9%)

We usually try to leave a little more daylight between DDH 755 releases, but our contract for Strata started coming in from the fine folks @indiehops, and (as you may have deduced, seeing as how it’s making its way into almost every ipa we’ve made since) we’re pretty jazzed on it. MOST DANGEROUS GAME Spooky Freaky Smoothie Tiki Berliner (4.0%)

Based off the classic tiki cocktail, the Headhunter, we blended this from two bourbon barrels worth of golden sour base and one barrel of foeder fermented berliner, then conditioned it on heaps of passionfruit, pink guava, pineapple, key lime and coconut, before finally finishing it with rum-soaked vanilla beans. It’s hard to believe we’ve been listening to these dusty breaks for 15 years now. They go by many names: The Man in the Mask & The Beat Konducta. Viktor Vaughn & Lord Quas.
