SOUL LAO’D LAO IPA 7%

We finally linked up with our buddies from Soul Lao for a collabo. Starting with an IPA (suprised?), we then decided to layer some of their favorite herbs and spices. We used Lemongrass, Makrut lime leaves picked from Eric’s Grandmother’s tree and a dash of chilies to add a bit of herbaceous complexity to the Simcoe and Mosaic hops.
