The marvelous murk merchants @otherhalfnyc put together this worldwide collab to benefit service industry professionals that have been laid off or furloughed as a result of COVID-19. Nearly 800 breweries across 48 states & 52 countries are brewing their take on this to benefits our friends, family & neighbors in the industry. We made some tweaks to the recipe that Other Half provided (Added a portion of wheat wheat to the malt bill, swapped Simcoe T-90 out for Simcoe Cryo in the dry hop & doubled the amount, Swapped out Cascade for Strata & doubled the amount in the dry hop) but the soul of this fluffy lil’ Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo & Strata crusher remains in tact. We’ll be donating proceeds from this beer to @thenorthstands, a nonprofit started by local restauranteurs to provide stipends to service industry professionals that are feeling the effects of the global pandemic. We want to thank @stoutcollective, @bluelabelpackaging & @craftpeak for providing services, materials, time & energy for the low low to all the breweries around the world to help make this happen.
