BACK IN MY DAY: A West Coast IPA to Complain About (7.1%)

Oh, you wanna talk about a hard time? Back in my day we didn’t have all these fancy new versions of classic hops… like: Crosby Estate Comet, Michigan Grown Chinook or American Noble Cascade. Or fancy thiol freeing yeast made out of our favorite West Coast Strain to bring all these normally subdued flavors out to play… Must be nice.
