This is the first time we’ve put anything from our foeder program into cans and we’re pretty pumped. We racked our foeder-fermented berliner base onto 4 pounds per gallon of black currants, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. We’ve also been working on getting our processes down for keg and can-conditioning funky beers and we’re extremely excited to share these over-fruited tubes of fun with you.
The biggest of shout outs to our Head of Mixed-Culture, Mat Waddell, and the fine folks Foeder Crafters for all this good wood.
