Our buds from @maplewoodbrew came by to help brew this for the recent Craft Brewers Conference with curt, yet understanding additions of Simcoe, Mosaic & Centennial Cryo from the fine folks @yakimachief on a pleasantly brusk bed of @malteuropmaltingco grain.
