The second in our series exploring how some of our favorite hop combos, in this case our hand selected Strata & Mosaic Cryo, are made even more vibrant with the help of @Phantasm, made out of Sauvignon Blanc Grapes Skins from New Zealand. The aroma precursors found in Phantasm, referred to as Thiols, help us free even more pungent aromas from the hops we’re using. We’re excited for you to try our new iteration of this banger.
