HOP CIRCLES: EXHIBIT B: Unidentified DIPA (8.4%)

Our super special buds @yakimachief have been experimenting with blending hop varietals to achieve flavors & aromas redolent of specific fruits when added during primary fermentation & were kind enough to let us play with some super, extra, top secret, new trial blends. For this version, we let the Berry Blend get friendly with our favorite IPA yeast during primary fermentation & kept the malt bill relatively simple. No fruit was harmed in the making of this beverage.
