You know we had to do a fun one for our homies at @untappd turning double digits. Put together by them and the foremost flavor frontiersmen @dogfishhead to commemorate untappd turning 10 years old. This brew was inspired by the Switchel, or “Haymaker’s Punch”, a blend of Water, Ginger, Honey & Apple Cider Vinegar consumed to replenish after a full day’s work at harvest time. Our take features our Berliner base, fermented in American oak foeders with our house mixed culture & conditioned on the maximum legally allowable amount of apple cider from @pinetreeappleorchards & Honey from E&D Honey in River Falls, WI with kisses of Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice & a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar.
