We decided to make a slightly souped up Hefeweizen with our buddies Arbeiter Brewing Co. ferment it chilly and then murk it out with Azacca and Hallertau Callista to drive home the banana juice vibes. But then we couldn’t decide what to call it; Is it Hopfenweizen? HefIPA? New England Hefeweizen? After much consideration, deliberation and… arbitration (lol), we landed on this ⬆️. Mostly because we thought it sounded the coolest. Taproom and To Go today.
