JURASSIC PARK: TIPA (10.1%)

Our homies from @topplingbrews came up to get prehistoric on our brewhouse. To pay homage to their Dino classics & the not infrequent jokes about the amount of plants in our taproom, we used earth rattling quantites of our Hand-Selected Citra & Citra Cryo, TG’s Hand Selected Citra & that new hotness, Riwaka, from their super secret stash. Lots of oil. Tread Lightly.
