The first DIPA we ever brewed is back for another rotation. Tropical hop juice with some of our all time ride or dies: Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy๐๐ผ We tweaked the grain bill and dry hopping schedule (read: more) to reflect how our approach to brewing hoppy beer has evolved since the first time around and are extremely stoked for you to taste where we landed with this one.
