We conditioned our new Chocolate Milk Stout on naturally processed, light roast coffee beans directly sourced from the Boji Washing Station in the Kore Woreda of Ethiopia. These beans spent mere moments between the roaster and tank while traveling down the hall from our friends and frequent collaborators @truestone Taproom Only.
