Our mini-matriarch/taproom manager/full-time college student/youngest member of the BlackStack Family, Quinn, is passing around the sun once more. To celebrate we made a sour with Quince (We only know about this fruit because of the scene where Rosie Perez is studying for Jeopardy in “White Men Can’t Jump”.), Pear, Guava & A Healthy Dose of Tahitian Vanilla Caviar. In addition to telling us to get our shit together, she is also an astoundingly wonderful specimen of humanity. We’re putting this out the day before her birthday to throw her off the scent, but we would greatly appreciate you all helping us wish her a happy early birthday. Love you😘😘😘
