With that in mind, we cooked up this beefed up version of one of our favorite DIPAs, “MEDIUM RARE”, with more of our hand selected Mosaic, Sabro & Idaho 7 with extra helpings of some of our more difficult to source varietals: AU Galaxy & NZ Nelson Sauvin.
