STACK AT THE LAB: DDH DIPA (8.4%)

Had to catch a cab back to the lab with our buds @eqbrewery from Middleton, New York. We did some mind melding to intertwine our respective approaches to hop processes & brewing larger IPAs and this is where we landed: Hand-selected Strata, Strata CGX™, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo™ & Australian Galaxy on a bed of Pilsner & 5 different types of Oats & Wheat.
