We brewed this beer for our Third Anniversary Party, but in light of recent developments, we have decided to postpone the festivities indefinitely. However, the beer is ready and it has given us something to smile about and we want to share it with you. With regards to the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19, we are going above and beyond to keep you/our wonderful staff/everyone all in happy/healthy/suds-guzzling shape.
We are trying to keep our to-go stock replenished for those wishing to enjoy at home. This batch pays homage to the RUM RUNNER cocktail, originating at the Holiday Isle Tiki Bar in Islamoarada, FL in the late 1950’s. Foeder-Fermented Imperial Berliner base conditioned on boatloads of PINEAPPLE, BLACKBERRY, BANANA, TANGERINE & CHERRY with a dash of MILK SUGAR for good measure. On tap now.
