Inspired by the time honored brewing tradition of “Whipping the Meringue”, or irresponsibly whipping the head of foam you took far too long pouring in a circle with the foam going over the edges to attest to the longevity & strength of said foam, preferably whilst being filmed in slow motion. This almost always result in videos messaged, challenges accepted & beer on the floor of whatever establishment has the misfortune to be host to this contest. As tribute, we made this ridiculously crushable showcase for some of our favorite Pacific Northwest heaters. Fermented with lager yeast & cold conditioned for 6 weeks before being blessed with 3 lbs per barrel of our hand selected Simcoe & Mosaic.
