Golden Sour Base fermented in American Oak with our House Culture for 9 months before spending a year in a blend of Rum, Bourbon & Wine Barrels, refermenting on 3 pounds per gallon of Passionfruit & Pink Guava for 3 months & finished on Tahitian Vanilla Beans before bottle conditioning for another 5 Months.
