Inspired by and containing part of the Cranberry sauce reduction Chef Angelo at Bricksworth (@partycity911) made with the rest of the amazing souls @twincitiescommunityfoodproject as part of meals for families in our community that might not have otherwise gotten to share that experience this year. Reduced Cranberries, Orange Juice, Orange Zest, Lemon Zest, Lime Zest, Clove, Allspice, Cinnamon & a healthy portion of Light Brown Sugar. Ridiculously tasty & seasonal as fuck with the sweet, tang & spice coming together in all the right ways.
