We went down a bit of a rabbit hole with our funk inclined Nor-Cal brethren from Almanac Beer Co. We brewed a fairly traditional Bier De Garde & lagered it for 8 weeks before putting it out to pasture for 6 months in one of our 'Foeder Crafters' American Oak Foeders with our House Culture. Kausened with a fresh batch of Pilsner for natural carbonation before being canned.
