A new exploratory series to see how some of our favorite hop varietals, in this case our hand selected Citra & Simcoe Cryo, interact with Phanstasm, a shiny new product made of Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from New Zealand. Aroma precursors found in Phantasm, referred to as Thiols, help us free even more pungent aromas from the hops we're using. We're excited for you to try it.
