Blackstack and the Science Museum of Minnesota have teamed up again and we've crossed over to the dark side. Kinda. In anticipation of the illumination events at the museum this month, we were tasked with making a beer that served as a light in the dark. A blonde stout is just that; dark and roasty, but with the appearance of a much lighter beer. We added vanilla, lactose, coffee and cocoa nibs for sweet dreams.
