We got together with our friends at Twin Cities Public Television to make a beer celebrating the new season of their award-winning Minnesota Experience series. Inspired by the Shrubs that farmers would drink during harvest time to replenish during long, hot days. We took a preposterous amount of XXXXXX apples from Afton Orchards and blended it with our Mixed Culture, Oak Fermented Berliner Base & a dash Apple Cider Vinegar before conditioning on Cinnamon & Baking Spices.
