Ends Meet from BlackStack Brewing: BlackStack has been open just a few months, but the cavernous St. Paul brewery is putting out some really solid, really interesting beers.
On a recent visit, we really enjoyed the brewery’s unusual take on the ubiquitous saison. Theirs is a little dark, a little edgy, a little spicy and a lot drinkable.
There’s a little caramelly sweetness from darker grains, and the spice flavor comes from the yeast. There are no special additions, no crazy tricks, just creativity with the usual beer ingredients.

I like when a brewery creates something unique without relying on gimmicks, and this saison sounds like it has a great balance of flavor. I'd definitely give it a try with friends after relaxing with an FNF game.

Thanks for explaining the Goa Games Register process in an easy way. I didn't know much about account creation before reading this article.
I was just scrolling through brewery news on my phone during coffee break, and BlackStack's 'a little dark, a little edgy' saison with 16 IBU really caught my eye-it's like they did a flavor swap face on the classic style, making me wonder how that caramelly sweetness plays out. Time to hunt down a can after work!
