Soul Lao’d by BlackStack Brewing: Done right, I have a serious thing for spicy beers. This ultra-flavorful IPA combines lemongrass, hand-picked lime leaves and just the right amount of chilis, and I liked it so much I had a few.
Brewed in collaboration with Soul Lao, a food truck that parks at the brewery often, it’s just the sort of creative, exciting beer I’ve come to expect from BlackStack. It’s taproom only, so get there and get it while it’s still around.
International Bittering Units (IBU): NA; Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 7 percent
