Certified Pre-Owned from BlackStack Brewing
What do you do when two of your favorite Twin Cities breweries team up and make a beer together? Get there, fast, to give it a try! This double-dry-hopped IPA is a collaboration with Modist Brewing, where both breweries worked together to make a special oat milk in the Minneapolis brewery’s mash filter, and then they each brewed a beer with it. BlackStack’s is dry hopped with Azacca, Strata, Sabro and Galaxy hops, all of which have complex, tropical flavor profiles. The resulting beer is silky smooth from the oats with a fruity flavor so pronounced that it feels as though the beer should have been served with a little umbrella. Oddly, it felt like just the right thing to drink in the dead of winter.
Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 8 percent

Thank you for highlighting this collaboration and the story behind the brew. It's always interesting to learn about creative partnerships that bring new flavors and experiences to enthusiasts. The way you presented the details was engaging and easy to follow. I recently came across a similar discussion connected to fake college degree, and it offered an interesting perspective as well. Posts like this help readers appreciate the craftsmanship and creativity that go into developing unique products. Great article.
Reading about that 8% ABV silky IPA with tropical hops, I could almost taste the fruity notes through the screen – it’s the kind of creative collab that makes me want to bomb it straight to the brewery.
